Customer Information:

Any information we take from

individuals is kept only for the purpose of offering our

return customer discount at 5%. We do not share

customers information with any third party companies apart from our accountants. This information is provided in correspondence to government regulation.

If you wish for us not to retain your information feel free to ask for it to be removed on completion of the work carried out. We would unfortunately then not be able to offer any return discount.

Warranty:

We have a standard 1 Year warranty on all of our seats covered in the standard vinyl range. 2 years warranty for Leather and Alcantara work. We request a 6 month use period on comfort work as this is roughly the period of time it would take for a seat to truly “bed in”.

Returns:

Returns for new seat work is covered for up to 3 months. This covers those “bike off the road” periods. It is

advisable to test the Seat you receive as soon as you get it.

Overseas returns will require the shipment of the product back to us at the address listed below. We will issue a refund if has been returned in the original packaging and has no signs of wear or damage.

Allow up to 3 weeks of riding to trial the seat as factory foam has “locked” pockets of air and requires extended use to break these pockets. Enabling the foam to work correctly or “bed in”.
